With that in mind, ità ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s crucial that people maintain a healthy lifestyle throughout their life so that they can live longer and also get to be more productive thereby increasing their wealth.A healthy lifestyle focuses on making calculated health decisions for not only the sake of today but tomorrow. Components of a healthy lifestyle comprise of healthy eating, proper managing of stress, as well as balancing life. It is very crucial to adhere to a healthy lifestyle because it reduces significantly chances of developing healthy problems that are common these days. Furthermore, life is full of stress and through living a healthy lifestyle, one can handle these pressures. Fi nally, healthy living develops the quality of life of an individual leaving them feeling rejuvenated and full of energy (Colorado, 2010).As far as my current lifestyle is concerned, I ensure that I not only lengthen my life but also enhance the quality of the life I live; first, I make sure I eat a balanced diet. Research tends to favor bright colored vegetables, lean proteins, deep-coloured fruits as well as healthy types of fats.
